GREAT VISIONS

By
The Man Who Saw God Face To Face

And it shall come to pass afterward,
that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh;
and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
your old men shall dream dreams,
your young men shall see visions:

Joel 2:28

Chapter 2

VISIONS OF GREAT MEN OF GOD

Then thou spakest in vision to thy holy one,
and saidst, I have laid help upon one that is mighty;
I have exalted one chosen out of the people.

Psalm 89:19

Jacob
         He was limping. “My life was not easy. At times, I stayed in the bush up to three days without food, tending the cattle.” He was giving a message of consolation to believers.

         Comment: Jacob started to limp after he wrestled with Angel of the Lord. And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day. And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him. And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me. And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob. And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed. Genesis 32:24-28
         As at now, Jacob is like one of the Angels. But each time he comes to the world, he assumes (changes into) the physique of his last incarnation. The same is true of other great men of the Bible.

Gideon
         He came towards me. He was full of strength and glory. As he was coming nearer and nearer, he swayed from one side to another, like a person intoxicated with wine. He was not drunk; he was full of Holy Spirit and glory, overflowing with joyfulness and gladness and contentment, even with the contentment of a baby. His spirit body was bright and glorious.

John The Baptist
         “I lived in the wilderness. I had no house, wife or children. Yet, the enemy persecuted me.” He was giving a message of consolation to believers.

         Comment: John the Baptist is now like one of the Angels. Each time he comes to the world, he assumes (changes into) the physique of his last incarnation or that of Elijah. Likewise, other great men of God, who visit the world.

Moses 1
         I saw Moses stand to present me before the Almighty. He blew the first trumpet, and it failed. He blew the second trumpet, and it also failed. Then, he blew the third trumpet, and it was a success.

         Comment: God may do something the first time and it would seem to have failed. He would repeat the second time and it would seem to have also failed. But the third time, it is bound to be a success.

St Paul 1
         He came during worship. And as I said, “This is St. Paul,” he said, “I am St. Paul.”

St Paul 2
         In another worship, he slapped me on the knee, meaning that I should kneel down with two knees. I was kneeling down with only one knee.
